Placing An Order
How do I place an order?
You can easily place your order through our website. If you need advice or help deciding, our experienced sales team is available Monday to Saturday, 8:30am – 5:30pm.

How do I amend an order or change a wrong item?
If you need to change your order, such as the address or quantity, just let us know — as long as it hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can help.

How can I pay for my order?

Delivery Information
When will my order be delivered?
Delivery times depend on the type of product and your location.
- Large Items: For items like shower enclosures, toilets, or furniture, we’ll contact you within 24 hours to arrange a suitable delivery date.
- Small Items: For items such as shower sets or accessories, you can choose next-day delivery (if ordered before 2pm) or standard delivery (2–5 days) within Mainland UK.
Deliveries outside Mainland UK may take longer and include an additional cost, depending on your postcode.
My order has not been delivered?
If your delivery is late, please reach out to us via email or phone.
I've received an incorrect or missing item
If you think you’ve received the wrong item, please check the invoice included with your order and compare it with what you received.
Then, email us photos of the invoice, the item, and the packaging label showing the product ID code. Our customer service team will review it and get back to you as soon as possible.

How do I change my delivery address?
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has already been dispatched, we’ll do our best to update the address, but we can’t guarantee it.
I've missed my delivery
If you’ve missed your delivery, check for a card from the courier. If you didn’t receive one, let us know and we’ll find out where your order is.
Returns
I want to return a product
If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it, as long as the items haven’t been installed and are in their original packaging.
Please note: personalised or custom-made items cannot be cancelled or returned.

If I'm getting a refund, how long will it take?
We’ll issue your refund within 14 working days after your return is received and approved. Please allow 3–5 working days for it to appear in your account.
Help With My Product
Do you have technical information on products?
If you can’t find the details you’re looking for on the product page, please contact our team by email or phone.
My product has developed a fault
If you think your product is faulty, we’ll help you find a solution.
- Under 1 Year: If it’s been less than a year and covered under guarantee, we can usually send a replacement part free of charge (subject to stock).
- Over 1 Year: If it’s been more than 12 months, we may still be able to supply spare parts for a small charge.

My tap is dripping, how do I fix this?
Most dripping taps are caused by limescale or debris in the cartridge. Refer to your installation guide or contact us for assistance.
What if my order is damaged upon delivery?
All products go through quality checks, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team right away with photos. We’ll help resolve the issue immediately.
What is the best way to clean my product?
Most of our products are supplied with care instructions. Generally, use warm soapy water and a soft cloth.
For mirrors and wooden furniture, use a cloth well-wrung out in warm, soapy water, and immediately dry with a soft, lint-free cloth. In areas with hard water, dry shower enclosures with a squeegee after use to prevent water marks.

Do you offer an installation service?
The easiest way to order is through our website. If you need help choosing, our sales team is available 6 days a week, 8:30am–5:30pm.
Note: We do not provide installation. Please use a qualified installer and check your items before booking installation.
Can I get a VAT receipt?
You can request a VAT invoice anytime — just contact our team.
Do you have an item in stock?
Our website shows the latest stock information for all products. If an item is out of stock, contact us and we’ll let you know when it’s available again.
Do you have coupons or vouchers?
Look out for voucher codes on our website and social media. You can use them on the View and Edit Cart page.
