What Makes a Quadrant Enclosure Different
A quadrant shower enclosure has a curved front face — a quarter-circle arc that fits into a right-angled corner with two walls at 90°. Unlike a square enclosure (flat sides, front entry), the curved front pushes inward, so the enclosure takes up less visual space and projects less into the bathroom. Bathroom Republic stocks 23 curved corner shower enclosures in chrome and matte black, available in sliding door and bi-fold door styles — each supplied as a frame and glass panel set, tray not included.
Which Size Fits Your Corner?
Most quadrant shower enclosures come in equal-sided footprints: 800mm × 800mm for compact en-suites, or 900mm × 900mm where floor space allows. All sizes require a matching quarter-circle shower tray, sold separately — the tray must match the enclosure footprint exactly, so check product dimensions before ordering.
Quadrant vs Offset Quadrant — Which Do You Need?
If both walls of your corner are the same length, a standard quadrant fits. If one wall is longer, choose an offset quadrant enclosure instead (typically 1000mm × 800mm or 1200mm × 800mm) — same curved front, rectangular footprint. For a flat-sided corner enclosure, see square shower enclosures.
