Placing An Order
How do I place an order?
The easiest way to order is on our website. If you’re not sure what to choose for your new bathroom, our experienced sales team is here to help 6 days a week, 6:00am–5:30pm.

How do I amend an order or change a wrong item?
If you want to change an order you’ve already placed (for example the address or quantity), we can help as long as it hasn’t left our warehouse yet.
The easiest way is to contact us via WhatsApp or via email at sales@bathroomrepublic.co.uk.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, and UnionPay.
You can also pay with digital wallets like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
If you need help with a payment, WhatsApp us or email sales@bathroomrepublic.co.uk.
Do you have an item in stock?

Do your prices include VAT?
Yes, all our prices include VAT.
How do I print a VAT invoice?

Delivery Information
When will my order be delivered?
When your order arrives depends on what you buy and where it’s being delivered.
Large/Heavy Items: If your order includes a large or heavy item (like a shower enclosure, toilet or bathroom furniture), we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a delivery date.
Small Items: For smaller items (like a shower set or accessories) to Mainland UK, you can choose next working day delivery (order before 2pm) or standard delivery in 2–5 working days.
If you live outside Mainland UK, delivery will take longer and there will be an extra charge depending on your postcode.
My order has not been delivered?
If your order has not arrived by the expected delivery date, please contact us by email at help@bathroomrepublic.co.uk or phone.
I've received an incorrect or missing item
If your order has arrived but you think you received the wrong item, please first check the invoice that came with your delivery and compare it with what you received.
Then WhatsApp or Email us clear photos of:
- The invoice
- The product you received
- The label on the box showing the product ID code
Our customer service team will review this and get back to you as soon as possible.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Our delivery charges depend on:
- The size and weight of the products you order
- How fast you want them delivered
- Your delivery address

How do I change my delivery address?

Returns
I want to return a product
If you change your mind, you can cancel and return products within 30 days of receiving them, as long as they are unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
Note: We cannot accept cancellations or returns for personalised items or custom specifications.
To start a return, please contact our Customer Services by:

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your returned items, our returns team will inspect them. If your refund is approved, we aim to process it within 14 working days.
After we issue the refund, it may take an extra 3–5 working days to show on your bank or card statement.
Help With My Product
Do you have technical information on products?
Yes, we provide technical information for our products. Most details are shown on each product page. If you cannot find the information you need, please contact us by email or WhatsApp.
My product has developed a fault
If you think your product has developed a fault, our team can help.
- Less than 1 year: If the fault is covered by our guarantee, we can usually send a replacement part free of charge (subject to stock).
- More than 12 months: We may still be able to offer spare parts for a set cost.

- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the fault
- Photos of the whole product
My tap is dripping, how do I fix this?
The most common cause of a dripping tap is that the cartridge needs cleaning to remove debris or limescale that has built up, especially in hard water areas. Please refer to your installation instructions or WhatsApp us for assistance.
If my order arrives damaged, what should I do?
What is the best way to clean my product?
Most of our products come with their own cleaning instructions. In general:
- Use warm soapy water and a soft cloth.
- For mirrors and wooden furniture, use a well‑wrung cloth in warm, soapy water, then immediately dry with a soft, lint‑free cloth.
- In hard water areas, dry glass shower enclosures after use with a squeegee to prevent marks.
Do you offer an installation service?
No, installation is not included with your order. We strongly recommend that all products are installed by a qualified professional. Please only book your installer after you have received and checked your goods.
