At Bathroom Republic, we want you to enjoy your dream bathroom. If a product isn’t quite right, please check your order as soon as it arrives.

Returning Goods

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it if you change your mind. Items returned must meet our returns requirements.
All goods must be returned in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. We will not accept and cannot refund any items that are damaged whilst in your possession or in transit back to us.

Returns Process:

1. Prepare your information: Order number, reason for return, and a photo of the items ready for return.
2. Contact Us: Email or WhatsApp us with these details (see contact details below).
3. Approval: Our Customer Services team will contact you to approve the return.

Additional Notes:

• Returns cost is the responsibility of the customer.
• You may use any courier, but we recommend a fully insured service.
• Items must be returned in resellable condition and in original packaging (including pallet if applicable).
• Returns within 30 days and unused items are eligible for a full refund.

Return of Faulty Goods

Please check all items upon delivery. If anything is damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours. We will advise whether to arrange collection, return shipping, or safe disposal. Do not dispose of any item without our approval.

Faulty Product Claims Process:

1. Prepare your information: Order number and a clear photo of the item showing the damage or fault.
2. Contact Us: Email or WhatsApp us with the details.
3. Resolution: Our Customer Services team will contact you regarding the next steps.

Note: We are not responsible for third-party costs (such as installers). All claims are verified by the manufacturer. If an item is found not to be faulty, or damage is caused by misuse, the warranty is void, and the item will be returned to you without refund or replacement.
