Knob and Bar Handles for Shower Enclosure Doors

Shower door handles come in two main styles. Knob handles are round or D-shaped fittings that sit on the door face and are gripped with the fingers to pull or push the door open. Bar handles are longer horizontal or vertical bars that allow the door to be pushed or pulled with the palm of the hand. Both styles are available in chrome, matt black and brushed brass. Replacing a Handle or Upgrading a Finish?

Shower door handles are one of the most common replacement parts on an enclosure — fixing screws can work loose over time, and chrome handles can pit or discolour in hard water areas. When replacing, check the hole centre-to-centre distance on your existing handle before ordering to confirm the new one fits without re-drilling the glass. Switching the handle finish — for example from chrome to matt black to match a new tap or towel rail — is a low-cost way to update the look of an existing enclosure without replacing the full frame.
