What to Check Before Buying

Measure your available wall space and check the basin's projection (front-to-wall depth) — this is often overlooked and causes fit issues. Confirm the number of tap holes: most basins have one central hole, but some have three. Counter-top basins require a tall basin tap; wall-mounted and pedestal basins work with standard basin taps.
