Adhesive Bonding for Bathroom Wall and Ceiling Cladding

Cladding adhesive bonds bathroom wall panels, shower cladding and ceiling boards directly to the substrate without mechanical fixings. It creates a firm, moisture-resistant bond between the panel and wall surface — whether the substrate is existing tiles, plasterboard, brick or cement. Avoiding the need to drill through panels prevents cracking the surface and preserves the cladding's waterproof integrity across the full panel face.

Preparation and Application

The bonding surface must be clean, dry and free from grease before applying the adhesive. Apply in a serpentine bead pattern across the back of the panel and press firmly to the wall. Use temporary supports to hold the panel in position while the adhesive cures — typically 24 hours before load-bearing, 48 hours before the area gets wet.
