Square Shower Trays

A square shower tray has equal width and depth — typically 800mm × 800mm or 900mm × 900mm — and pairs with square shower enclosures, corner entry enclosures and bi-fold or sliding door square configurations. At standard height (approximately 90mm), the waste trap sits within or immediately beneath the tray body with no special floor preparation required. Available in white and slate grey, so the tray base can match a black framed enclosure rather than defaulting to white.

Standard Height or Low Profile — Which Do You Need?

The main decision when choosing a square shower tray is height. A standard tray at ~90mm works on any floor type, including solid concrete, with no recess or void needed for the waste trap. A low profile tray at 52mm sits closer to floor level but requires a void in the subfloor to house the waste trap beneath. If your floor is solid with no void, or you are doing a straightforward enclosure installation, standard height is the simpler choice.
