For our narrow UK bathroom, we used this 1000mm dark grey vanity WC unit back to wall toilet where space is tight, and it fitted the plan much better than separate units. The right hand arrangement was exactly what our installer needed for the room. In daily use, the plumbing was easier to conceal once the WC section was lined up. Compared with our old setup, the unit was manageable to position before the basin and toilet were finally connected.
